- The Informal reality is while we list these terms below as a legal obligation we are reasonable people so if you have any problem just ask and we should be able to come to an arrangement that will sort any problems out. The legal words... To comply with the DTI Distance Selling Regulations we are obliged to allow you a week to consider your purchase after it arrives. The intention of the regulation is to give you the same chance to examine the goods as a shop visitor. However if you do decide to return the goods you should consider that Postal costs are non refundable in this instance and the goods should have at least been shipped within the 7 days since it arrived. Your intention to return the goods should be emailed or phoned, within a week of arrival. This only applies if the goods are returned unused and in any original packing. 30 day limit on returns. Due to Card Processing overheads, any refund of on line payments (beyond the 7 day cooling off period) could be subject to a (maximum) 10% service charge but only for returned goods which are not faulty where no error has occurred on our part. Card payments are handled by Sage Pay and we only receive confirmation of successful payment- No card details get beyond Sage Pay and their secure system. - Returns & Replacements
- We want you to feel confident with purchasing from us! If you are unhappy with anything we supply just contact us and we will do what we can to help. We welcome feedback, good or bad, on delivery timescales- Please help us to improve our service to you. Tubulars should be checked for air retention and straightness before gluing on a rim. Tubular tyres with glue on the base tape are non returnable. One common problem is tubulars with an apparent slow puncture- this is almost always due to the valve core being not tight enough. It does not need to be very tight- but it should not be finger loose. Be careful, as it is very easy to twist the valve base. Hold the valve base lightly by a pair of pliers to ensure the seal is not damaged as you tighten the core. If any equipment is damaged, the customer should contact us and agree a course of action. We will replace any such item but agreement should be sort before returning the it. You will be issued with a Returns Number which you should quote in all correspondence. If a return needs to be posted please afix a customs form with 'Returned Goods' clearly written on it.
